credits needed to call more #255

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. turn on iphone
2. go to siphon
3. try calling someone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of calling the person, this guy tells me that i need to buy credits

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
newest one for iphone

Please provide any additional information below.
proxy server is sip.voiparound.com
