Added automatic reload to both jupyter notebooks #40

I think adding automatic reload to the jupyter notebooks would help debugging and working on them.

There's a merge conflict with "EyeLink1000_Examples.ipynb" Do you want to pull the latest "EyeLink1000_Examples.ipynb", make the change to it, then create a new pull request?
