Create basic admin #40

This should give ability to create default cards that can be minted and bought from users. Flow:

[x] Create new collection for default cards (the document should basically be metadata of the card that can be minted)
[x] Create roles and special admin access
[x] Set card values (attackPower, health, special, name, description)
[x] Generate image
[x] Upload to collection
