Update ffmpeg #1

Currently ffmpeg4.4 is installed while the newest version is 6.1.

Up-to-date ffmpeg requires libplacebo, however vapoursynth-plugin-vardefunc-git requires libplacebo-git.

Fixed in f13f8213f038105da23b040bccb109b07e5e7d15 by installing vardefunc from git
