Optimize Images

@laugharn Do you have more context about what work needs to be done here? Is it just making sure all img elements are replaced with next/image? Or also adding those hostname's to the next.config? It looks like the Contentstack hostname is already in the config, so it might just be the former.

@christianhubbard a few things:

• Make sure all images are on next/image
• Make sure all images currently on next/image have unoptimized removed and are using the Vercel image cache
• Create a custom loader strategy to optimize how next/image will generate assets based on https://www.contentstack.com/docs/developers/apis/image-delivery-api and knowing the conditions they'll be rendered in, i.e. that we will more or less have a desktop and mobile image

This is what I was thinking, anyway.
