Opening Push Notification for Reject opens Tutorial #69

Replication steps: PHONE 1 - Login from non registered user PHONE 1 - Apply in an offering PHONE 1 - Press Home to Close the APP PHONE 2 - Reject the user from offerer's side PHONE 1 - Tap on Homecook won't be able to serve push notification

ha all notifications show this kind of behaviour at some points.

this is the only issue left .. let's not repeat the midsem mistake, koi solve kardo
