Trying to call the API endpoint for organizations with no search Term.

Same query through insomnia:

And trying to specify a search term breaks too! It loops over the search term expecting multiple search terms. We need to agree on either:

1 search term
array of search terms (and then figure out whether the SQL will use AND or OR logic)
