Convergence is not compatible with Foxyproxy #1

When Foxyproxy is enabled (tested in mode based on patterns), Convergence does not seem to be called anymore, even if not proxy is defined for .bit domains.

Maybe the problem can't be solved on our side, I don't know yet.

Setting proxy in Firefox settings breaks Convergence too, but everything works if I disable proxy for .bit.

Foxyproxy will almost certainly cause problems, because it uses the same method of forcing proxy usage that FreeSpeechMe uses. It might be possible to work around it by making FreeSpeechMe use a constant proxy port and telling FoxyProxy to use that port on localhost.
