Which proxy servers does the standalone use? #8

As a firefox plugin, Convergence uses proxy servers in firefox settings. As a standalone, I don't know which proxy servers will be used.

I'm not sure what the standalone version does here. I'll see if I can add a setting for explicitly choosing this.
