Ledger plugin needs to be rebranded #105

The Ledger plugin is failing our rebranding check, which indicates that it probably needs changes in order to work on the Namecoin chain. We should look into what's needed to support Ledger.

Any fix for this issue needs to remove Ledger from the rebranding static analysis whitelist.

Note that I personally have zero interest in expending time supporting the Ledger, because its firmware is non-free. I'd probably merge a well-tested patch though.
