Consider adding Namebrow.se server #201

So I played around with electrumx a little and after a little bit of frustration got everything up and running. Im not sure how stable it will be as I was sometimes having issues with it updating local db.

In any case its running at electrum.namebrow.se:50002 (ssl).

I will check back in on it in a week or so to see if I can just leave it running as is.

We should consider adding it to our default server list if it proves stable for the next week.
