Fix signing of name operations with P2PKH #246

Similar to #157 in the past, P2PK and P2PKH addresses were not able to correctly sign name operations (while P2SH and segwit were).

This change fixes that issue, so that now both names at segwit addresses and names in legacy wallets work fine. This was an existing TODO in the code.
