Pass context parameter to qlib #36

When we call Do from qlib, we trigger this linter warning:

Function `Do->sigCheck->sectionCheck->getKey->Exchange->Dial` should pass the context parameter (contextcheck)

We should fix this. It may require patches to qlib.
