IRC Meeting bot #36

@midnightmagic is interested in setting up a bot for our IRC meetings. I'm therefore creating this issue to keep track of progress on this front.

Meeting bot is functional. I'm in the process of ensuring that it can function across the LinkRelay. Uploads are currently not enabled; github commits are not enabled. Where should I be committing the meeting logs to?

I think I can create a repo for this purpose in the Namecoin GitHub organization. Let me know if you'd like me to do that.

You can if you want to. I've got the hardcoded spot for it already so if you want, we can just clone the original as a copy in case something happens to my account on Github.
