IRC alert integration (easy) #40

Please consider going to Settings > Integrations & Services > Add Service > IRC and adding #namecoin-dev to the channel list for both Namecoin and Namecoin.org's repos.

This will produce the following style of alerts on each pull request, successful pull, and commit, in the #namecoin-dev channel directly and automatically by a github bot:

For the example above, I have registered the freenode account "Taskhive" for the #Taskhive project and given it a cloak so that people can know to some level of certaintly that the alert isn't fake spam.

The overall affect is instant updates for everyone on IRC to any changes in the repos, facilitating better discussion and arguably providing better transparency in the case of those who cannot otherwise watch the github repo.

ACK. I've enabled this for the following repos:

gitian.sigs meta namecoin.info namecoin.info-dotbit namecoin.org

I don't have the needed permissions for the following repos:

namecoin-core nameid

@domob1812 , can you do this for those 2 repos? I think the master branch of nameid and the 0.13,auxpow,dev-0.14,dev,master branches of namecoin-core should be covered. You can copy all the other settings besides "Branches" from here:

Are there any other repos that need this?

If anyone on Matrix/IRC gets annoyed that these are too noisy, let me know and I'll tinker with the settings.
