We should fork https://github.com/hlandau/ncdns to the namecoin GitHub organization, and have new development submitted to the namecoin organization as PR's. I suggest that @hlandau and I should have commit privileges; 1 ACK by a Namecoin developer (who isn't the PR submitter) should be sufficient to merge.
