When DNSSEC-Trigger is installed on a machine that is behind the Great Firewall of China:

Do DNS lookups for non-blocked websites still work by default?
Does a "hotspot" popup appear from DNSSEC-Trigger?
- If so, do DNS lookups for non-blocked websites work after selecting "Skip" in the hotspot popup?
