Create a Namecoin block explorer #79

The two reasonably credible Freedom Software Namecoin block explorers I'm aware of are Esplora and BTC-RPC-Explorer. Porting either to Namecoin would be desirable.

@domob1812 What's the status on this Xaya port of BTC-RPC-Explorer? Would that be useful for Namecoin?

@jonasbits IIRC you did some experiments with BTC-RPC-Explorer for Namecoin? What's the current state of that work?

found my git repo with changes needed to make it run, will try to commit and upload to github

file change views/includes/index-network-summary.pug was utxoSetSummary.total_amount need to be utxoSetSummary.amount.total
