Travis CI is reporting "Abuse detected" #250

Travis CI is reporting "Abuse detected" on all Namecoin Core build jobs. I'm not certain why this is, but last time this happened to Namecoin Core, it was because we tripped an automated heuristic that's intended to prevent mining Bitcoin on Travis infrastructure (and we were able to get whitelisted by contacting Travis support). I'm in the process of contacting Travis to find out more details about the current issue.

Travis CI never got back to me AFAICT. It looks like the "Abuse detected" message stopped appearing for new builds starting sometime around 5:00 AM UTC on September 22 (yesterday). It's not clear to me whether the issue is actually solved, so let's leave this issue open for a little while longer until we can be confident that it's resolved.
