Adding two stable seed nodes for Namecoin MainNet, reachable on both IPv4 and IPv6.

ACK 58d9b53d4da2bc86ba328ae1c5c4a562b54eadb7. Both DNS seeds are reachable for me via IPv4 and return a bunch of node IP's. I didn't test whether the node IP's work in Namecoin Core, nor did I test building this PR.
