Use absolute FQDN for DNS seed domains #501

Fixes consistency with upstream Bitcoin, see https://github.com/namecoin/namecoin-core/commit/ca2c313aa291ae44adc1b7148ed49125bdc77bf4.

This should not be merged until https://github.com/namecoin/namecoin-core/pull/500 is merged and this PR is rebased accordingly.
