Buy Names page should support hex names #511

It would be nice if the Buy Names page allowed entering names as hex, so that users who are storing binary data don't need to use the CLI.

Because you can't pre-register names on the buynamespage, why should hex be allowed in the UI to begin with? To be honest, I don't believe the buynamespage serves any purpose other than to be visually appealing.

I only use it when I'm too lazy to use the CLI to check availability.

I'm interested to hear what @domob1812 thinks about this.

Thanks for pointing out that UX issue @redarmyfaction , I've filed https://github.com/namecoin/namecoin-core/issues/521 and https://github.com/namecoin/namecoin-core/issues/522 . (No idea why those weren't already filed.) Please use those issues for discussing that UX issue; it doesn't have anything to do with hex names.
