Add `fancy.png` source #12

@shobute @b3n What is the origin of fancy.png? Does there exist any source that was used to generate that image? (Ideally SVG, but even a raster image that's not cropped would be better than nothing.)

The original image was shared with me, but I can't recall where from I'm afraid. Possibly the mailing list but I couldn't find anything.

No idea who uploaded that file to the Bitcoin wiki; it seems to have been uploaded manually rather than via the MediaWiki GUI, so there's no metadata. The quality is pretty good, and while an SVG would be nice, I suspect that its dimensions are good enough for most cases, and I suspect that for cases where it needs to be enlarged, ESRGAN or similar upscalers will probably do the job fine.

The file on the Bitcoin wiki has "last modified" metadata of 2014 Sept 3, for whatever that's worth.
