Include a preview of the logo is included in .png form. Add README.md file for stp logos.

ACK 503e1bbfa1c2876dcb25f639a08cfa09b9690298. (I'm not qualified to review the .stp files, but the .png file looks fine, and you have enough credibility that I'm not particularly worried about this PR.)
