Add blocknotify & walletnotify and address to listunspent #198

We needed these features, they are from the more modern *coind clients. We would prefer if you pulled these into the main branch so we can continue using the mainbranch.

See also https://github.com/namecoin/namecoin/pull/187. I'm fine with both patches (in a non-conflicting way), but haven't tested any. What do others think?

Note that, if you feel adventurous, you can also try out https://github.com/domob1812/namecore. Use at your own risk, though, and not yet for other-than-testing mining.

If one already exists use that one. Thanks for notifying me of namecore, glad to see this project has some activity.
