Download: Add NMControl and Namecoin-Core #121

Release NMControl. Also link to Namecoin-Core. Make things clearer for users.

I'll look at reviewing this shortly. I want to get a better download page onto the Jekyll site. (Sorry for delay... as I mentioned on IRC, school semi-emergencies had me busy this week.)

Once the issues I've flagged are resolved to everyone's satisfaction, I'm okay with merging as a temporary measure only. I would like to rewrite all of this for the Jekyll site at some point in the near future, using a format similar to the bitcoin.org download page.
