Social Media #69

I thought that the social media links at the bottom might be a bit small but now I'm not so sure.

At a minimum, fix the FA links at the bottom of the page.

Are you certain that we control all those accounts? I'm not sure about the Twitter one....

@phelixbtc is that not the correct Twitter account? I guess we should hold off until we get control of it.
