Add "Sponsored by" list to footer #489

We should consider adding a "Sponsored by" list to our footer, so that our funders get some more visibility and our users get more transparency about our funding sources.

AFAICT the 5 sponsors we should list are:

Have I missed any sponsors?

@domob1812 My understanding is that technically the company that funds your Namecoin Core work is not called Xaya, but something else, i.e. Xaya is the name of the blockchain, not the company? Should we use the company's name rather than Xaya in the list? (If so, can you refresh my memory what the company's name is?)

Does anyone have opinions about what order the sponsors should be listed in? (I'd also be fine with random ordering, though that might be hard to do without JavaScript.)

If/when we receive the promised funds from Handshake, obviously they should be added to the list too. In the hypothetical event that we end up getting accepted to GSoC, then Google should be added to the list.

The company is Autonomous Worlds Ltd. I'll let @xaya speak about what we prefer there.
