FAQ: Clarify whether Namecoin must be left running all the time #580

The FAQ should add these questions, due to apparent confusion about them among the user base:

Q: I own a .bit website; do I need to leave my Namecoin wallet running all the time for other people to access my website? A: No, once your name is part of the blockchain, every Namecoin user can access it even when your wallet isn't running. You only need to run your Namecoin wallet when you're updating your name (e.g. changing an IP address or TLS public key).

Q: I want to view .bit websites; do I need to leave my Namecoin client running? A: Yes, in order to look up names, your Namecoin client must be running.

Thanks to @yanmaani for pointing out that this is confusing to newbies.

I suggest this wording:

Q: I own a .bit website. Does my Namecoin wallet need to be running all the time for people to be able to access my website? A: No. Once your name is added to the blockchain, every Namecoin user can access it. You only need your Namecoin wallet to update it. (e.g. changing an IP address or TLS public key).

Q: I want to view .bit websites. Does my Namecoin client need to be running? A: Yes. To look up names, your Namecoin client must be running.

i would word it somewhat like this:

A: No. Once your name has 6 confirmations, every Namecoin user can access it. After that you only need your Namecoin wallet to update or renew it every 8 months.
