Status:

DONE: Set up StemNS service. DONE: Sandbox StemNS service. DONE: Protect ncprop279.conf.d credentials. DONE: Proxy Core and Electrum over Tor's SOCKS port. DONE: Prompt user to close TBB if it's open. DONE: Uninstall files. DONE: Uninstall service. DONE: Uninstall torrc config. DONE: Prompt user to close TBB if it's open on uninstall. DONE: Bump dexlogconfig to use custom source name, remove workaround. DEFERRED: Check whether torrc wiping itself was a fluke.

This should be ready to merge once the squash is tested.
