Systray: open conf folder #92

Am I correct in assuming this is only easily testable on Windows?

As long as the systray is not implemented for Linux and OSX - yes. You could still check whether the way I open a folder works in general. I would expect a file explorer to pop up.

About to merge. It now should work on linux/mac once access is implemented.
