Added getNamespace and stripNamespace API calls to data plugin. #95

These API calls are useful for some other features I'm working on.

Sorry, I had missed this. Untested ACK. Maybe we should use underscores for new function names?

@phelixbtc I definitely support switching all function names to use underscores. Given that our readme specifically says that we're not guaranteeing a stable API at this time, I think that can be a separate pull request from this one.

I'll wait a week for someone to test; if no one has tested by then, I'll merge.

It's been a week with no NACKs, so as stated previously I'll merge this now.
