Remove "Namecoin" specific references #13

We need to make specs neutral.

This seems like bloat to me. Making the spec neutral is going to add cruft and probably require factoring out stuff into a Namecoin binding document, which would have to be IFA-0003. I don't think the benefits of that outweigh the gains unless there's an established interested party which also wants to implement.

I'm not sure how removing Namecoin references in the domain names proposal would introduce cruft. I'll try to submit a PR at some point.
