In reference to IFA-0000 Proposal Guidelines, I removed the "active" status and replaced it with "accepted" and "final." In BIP/PEP 1, "active" status was previously intended for Informational and Process RFCs that had been accepted but don't require a reference implementation or were intended to be updated in the future (or "never finalized" using the nomenclature of BIP/PEP 1) . I instead use "accepted" for Informational and Process RFCs that are intended to be updated and "final" Informational and Process RFCs that are not intended to be updated in the future.
