Add a tabbed activity as main fragment in the app #185

Summary: Currently there are four icons on the home page to open different pages, However this design is not very much sophisticated also restrict addition of more options keeping the UI/UX effecient,

I suggest there should be a tabbed activity as the main page of the app. Something like shown below,

This is very modern design and would make the app look elegant.

@jrandallclark I think this would look better than the current layout also could be the starting point for recreating theUI/UX of whole app. Let me know your ideas. :)

52 mentioned bottom navBar, i think a top nav bar would be a better design option in terms of user experience. Thanks

Is this repository still included in GSoC? Can I work on it? In the Project Ideas page of NDN link to this repo was given https://github.com/agawande/psync-android (which doesn't seem right) for npChat. How do I contact the mentors, there is no contact information available. There is no invitation link for Slack channel also.

Thank you for your interest. However, this project is not a part of GSoC this year.
