The LICENSE file is missing a couple of paragraphs at the beginning compared to the canonical plaintext version of the CC-BY-SA. This confuses some automated tools and prevents them from correctly detecting the license of this repo. The first commit fixes that by including the full text of the license.
The second commit is mostly just updating a few references throughout. Also drops ChronoChat as example app since it's not actually using SVS.
