feat: Support adding URLs and markdown content and delete questSteps

What changed?

• Support adding URLs to quests. Resolves #150
• Support editing quest info after creation
• Remove questSteps table and schema
• Replace with single markdown content field per-quest
• Shrink size of footer elements within login
• Link version number to the GitHub releases page instead of the Namesake home
• Link Namesake logo on sign in page to Namesake home
• Handle redirecting after sign in / sign out. Resolves #120

Why?

• Simplify implementation of quests to support basic, non-core quests, which will not have many steps
• Preferable to think of forms as a separate, guided flow instead of being split apart within the quest itself
• Begin wiring up edit page for quests to move out of /admin
