Add functionality to print only form data #121

Provide the ability to print only form data.  When a person is printing a 
pre-printed form and only requires that the data be printed.  example: I have a 
5 carbon USDA form printing on dot matrix printer need to only print text/data 
filled in on pdf scanned form.

This already exists.

File->Print
Expand the Print dialog box if necessary
Choose "FormulatePro" from the print pop-up button
Uncheck "Print Original PDF"

Reopen the Issue with a better explanation if this is not what you are looking 
for.
