Add Superscript and Subscript keyboard shortcuts #25

Just like in Pages, the keyboard shortcut "Control Command +" should make the 
selected text 
superscript and "Control Command -" should make the selected text subscript.

A workaround would be to use the Accessibility pane of System Preferences, but 
I don't see why 
these keyboard commands couldn't be used seeing as Apple has sort of given them 
the unofficial 
"OK" for use in their own apps.  Just increases usability.

I've put in a change that adds these shortcuts. Unfortunately, the size of the 
text isn't changed, just the offset 
from the baseline.

In other applications, text size is not changed, so I don't think that will be 
a problem.
