What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the selection tool, select any previously created item.
2. Attempt to move the item with the arrow keys.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Item should move in direction of arrow key 1 pixel at a time (10 pixels with 
shift key down).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
product version 0.0.4, OS version 10.5.2
