Keyboard shortcuts don't work in text mode #62

When in text mode and typing in a field, the only way to get to marquee
mode is to use the tool bar.

It would be nice to be able to hit escape (or something similar) to stop
editing and then hit "m".

Great tool and thanks for the work!

I would also like to see a shortcut for the Check Mark tool.  Or/ and, If this 
tool was placed in the drop down 
menus, it could even be possible to at least assign our own shortcuts to it.  
This would be a HUGE time saver, 
just like the existing shortcut for moving text while you are editing it.
