Color preset for annotations #71

For annotating pdf slides in presentations:  need ability to preset color
(e.g.) to red, for both text and scribble annotations.

This should already be possible w/ version 0.0.5. To preset a color for both, 
choose the arrow tool. make sure 
you aren't editing text and that no objects are selected. bring up the color 
panel (command shift C). choose a 
color.

this should now be the default for text and graphics.

please change status to "New" from "WontFix" if i've made a mistake.
