I am using Formulate Pro to assemble a set of pdf graphics all together on
one page of a (previously empty) pdf document:
* File > Open > empty.pdf - which contains only one empty page, my
drawing canvas, so to say
* File > Place image... > graphic.pdf - a website that I printed, I graphic I
exported from a drawing program etc
* Then I scale the imported graphic, I import some other graphics etc
* File > Print... > Save as PDF > export1.pdf - the exported pdf will be
perfectly fine as expected: In the exported file, I find that the pdf graphic
has not been rasterized to a bitmap, but that text and fonts have been
preserved.
The problem I am having only occurs when I close and reopen Formulate
Pro:
* File > Save As... > doc.formulate
* File > Quit, then I reopen the Formulte Pro application
* File > Open recent > doc.formulate
Now all the pdf graphics in my formulate document are ugly and have lost
their crystal clearness because the pdf graphics are now being shown as a
rasterized bitmaps. This does not only concern how the document is
displayed in Formulate Pro, but also how it is exported to PDF: When I go
* File > Print... > Save as PDF > export2.pdf - then the exported file looks
just as ugly as in the Formulate Pro document.
For me, this means that I cannot interrupt my work with Formulate Pro,
because everytime I quit Formulate Pro, my document gets messed up. It
would be great if you could fix this issue, please!!
