Please add a pan tool - suggest using space bar to activate #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a large format document - 24x36 inches for example
2. Scrolling works for vertical and shift-scrolling works for horizontal, but...
3. Having a pan tool would be nice - a OS X standard open hand icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
     No Pan Tool

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
     0.0.6

A familiar way to do this is to hold the Space Bar while dragging.  I don't 
actually know how to *implement*, though...
