Document Icon #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save a file.
2. Document icon (at least on my machine) is just the default blank page
3. Difficult identifying formulatepro files.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
     Modify icon to include small typewriter icon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
     0.0.6 / 10.4
