Could not complete loading of TPC-H Lineitem table at SF 1000 #689

Using the attached update though the REST client the loading of Lineitem does 
not complete after a longer time of activity on the node controllers, the 
activity stopped. Stopping and re-starting the cluster worked and after the 
restart about 1/4 of the tuples are in the Lineitem dataset.

The attached archive contains the logs before the restart and the jstack traces 
of the CC and the 4 NCs.

To be more precise we actually gave the REST client update statements for all 
tables. The assumption is, that tit hang during the first one. As we don't have 
client-side logs, we are not sure about this.
