let NOSQL doc share the same source with AQL 101 #850

Let asterix-doc/src/site/markdown/aql/primer-sql-like.md share the same source 
with asterix-doc/src/site/markdown/aql/primer.md since both docs have a large 
portion in common.

I am tempted to make from, select, etc., the main language and leave for, 
return, etc. as options!  (I think people will immediately feel more 
comfortable.)  Thoughts?
