This moves the repository from the University of Bremen GitLab instance to GitHub. Previously, it was only mirrored. To this end, GitHub Actions have been implemented for tests, lints, formatting, and code coverage.
Apart from this, a few things have been fixed:
The formatting in a few files has been fixed according to rustfmt
The private cbor_map_vec! macro is no longer tested in a documentation test
A code coverage badge has been added to the README
