I'm really sorry but I can't make Wednesday (my husband's birthday). I have a really heavy weekend with family staying until Tuesday evening but will try to add something to the wiki if that is any help? Hope it goes well on Wednesday and thank you @Raquel for all the work you are doing and for the github tutorial and advice on Thursday. It was really useful. I've created a list of things to do at the top of this issue.

One of them is to find out who is active in this project, because I'm starting to lose track.

This is what I know:

• Ruta is actively in the project and is responsible for the NodeJS work and some of the front-end EJS work.
• Karen is actively in the project and is responsible for the front-end work.
• Funmi does bits of back end and front end.
• Francesca is learning stuff and willing to help with things in the database and user stories.
• Raquel mainly deals with the data and CartoDB stuff and some admin tasks here and there.
• Nivedita is away and will be back end of this month. We'll need to check if she wants to stay in this project or not once she's back.
• Rhonda is dedicating more time to Pimp my Cause and might do small tasks if she has the time.
• Riy said she would join later on this month but haven't heard from her yet.
• Elena is taking some time off the project, but willing to do some project admin tasks, user stories and UX rework.
• Rainey my understanding is she's part of the board and is around to keep track of what we do, but I might be wrong.
• Charu was project manager but didn't have the time and left the project.
• Marta was supposed to work on the data but I haven't heard from her in weeks/months.

@lbewlay I see there is a bunch of new users we haven't added to this project ourselves. Who are they? Are they active in the project? Can they do any work with us as well? These are @tingeber @alixtrot @anneketv

@raquel-ucl - thanks for this. Just a couple of quick thoughts :)

• Is Marta still on the project?
• In terms of roles we need to fill, I think we need people (either among our current group or from the broader WHFNP pool of volunteers) to take on the responsibilities for:
  • Project management: someone that can help us keep the project on track and free you up to do more of the CartoDb/technical leadership type work that you're currently doing
  • User stories creation: right now, because nobody is doing this as a priority, I find that it's difficult for us to make sense of what we need to build and how the site is supposed to work, etc. I don't know if you or others agree.
• Lastly, outside of the 5 of us -- i.e. you, me, Ruta, Francesca, and Karen -- I think I would assume that the other volunteers listed are not involved in the project, unless someone can chime in otherwise. Especially without a project manager around to help coordinate the overall project, our current model of having people take on project ownership and self-assign tasks works for the 5 volunteers who are currently actively involved, but does not work for volunteers who can only be involved on a part-time or case-by-case basis and who may be expecting someone to assign a very specific task to them. What do you think?
