Create a wiki for the project #21

Add some info abou the project and create a few pages for meeting notes, links for new volunteers, etc.

I have created a wiki with info about the project. Please can you all have a look and see if it's OK. It has names and things. It's a private repo now, but it'll go public at some point. Please have a look and say if you are OK with it or not. Also please contribute changing stuff as necessary, but do keep a record of what you're doing in this issue or create a new one.

I can add a paragraph for a project summary here if that you think that would be good...

I see the project summaries that were added the wiki.

Sure @lbewlay, feel free to modify as convenient the summary I copied from TheMatchbox.io in the Wiki home.

I think this can be considered finished. I'll create a new use for maintaining the wiki.
